Hassle! Bad customer service

A whole lot of hassle just to get my bank card I've been calling the credit card department. I'm on hold for a long time.. The phone rings then I get cut off. I spoke to an agent on Monday, called Prince and they told me that they will sort this issue out and have the courier call me.. Still nothing. 3 days of calling the mall and I still can't get Any help. Agents transfer me and they give me false hope.
