Hartenbos Absa Response Time and Helping

Good day, <br> <br> I just want to complement Hartenbos ABSA on turn around time and helping out. I absolutely hate dealing with ABSA branches as you usually have to stand hours at a time, Today again at Langeberg Mall Branch I had to stand hours without being helped. Always seems that everyone at this branch hates helping customers. (please also attend to this as when the branch manager is not in the branch everybody is slack!)<br> <br> I walked out and went to the small branch in Hartenbos - what a pleasure. They helped me instantly , I could see a consultant within minutes and I could sort out my query instantly. At other branched I would have probably waited at least an hour before seeing a consultant. <br> <br> Regards, <br> <br>
