<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been 3 years now. I keep on receiving calls and messages from ABSA. I dont bank with ABSA. I have blocked this number ( ********** ). I dont know how many times i receive calls from this number informing me about ********** transactions. I receive messages on a daily basis informing me about transcations done on my account. Eg: WERNER RAS: Absa ***** Department confirming transaction on 23/06 at SOUTHERN SUN for R4,820.00. If not yours please contact ********** 05 ref: ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Please I have informed them on so many occasions that i dont bank with ABSA. and i never will! The agents in the call centre are appaling. Its been years. The only thing I can do is block these numbers so that I dont receive calls nd sms's. </p> <p> </p> <p>Another message I received this morning from ABSA, number + ********** ********** 00: Your cell no. was updated on your ABSA account. If you did not authorise a pers.details updat, pls contact ***** ********** 557</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist. Remove my number from your database. Do a proper investigation as to why im receiving calls and messages from ABSA on transactions, when I dont even bank with ABSA. There could be ********** activity going on in some poor person's account, meanwhile I receive messages and updates.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will appreciate a response and action!</p>
