Harrasment from Daly Credit Corp on a Absa Credit

I am been hang to explain harrassed on a credit card that is prescribed debt and I am tired of trying to explain the meaning of prescribed debt to Daly Credit Corp. The account in question is *** which has not been active for more than 3 years which means it is prescribed debt. Please can Absa get hold of Daly Credit Corp to clear this up with them.
