Harrasment by Absa Chornies

So I have a personal loan facility with Absa Bank and made arrangements to payoff the amount based on the discount they offered me through some kind of Debt Recovery they outsource to do this on their behalf. The first payment went off my account as agreed and within a week there were a series of people phoning me harassing me about why I did not make payment. The first person said there is no arrangement made - yet I already make a payment. To this day I cannot get a hold of Absa personal loans to understand what's going on are they appointing ********** and just unprofessional and unorganized people. I don't even get any statements from them to determine exactly where I am paying this amount to yet they charge you a service fee on the outstanding balance which forms part of the statement fee. Absa has seriously lost my respect by allowing these unprofessional and unorganized companies to harass people the whole day after you made a fixed and standing arrangement. Anyone out there thinking of doing business with Absa should seriously reconsider because they themselves don't have their house in order.
