HARASSMENT THREATS BY NEWTONS ATTORNYS ON BEHALF OF ABSA CREDIT CARD
Newtons Attorneys on behalf of ABSA credit card have been threatening and harassing me, whilst I am under debt review, and making payments of R1000.00 monthly. I have paid over R8000.00 and the balance on the acc is about R7500.00. The account was covered by credit insurance and I was UIF disability benefits following breast cancer complications. They will not give me a copy of the credit insurance or advise why this was not utilised. ABSA Bank and Newtons Attorneys are preying on consumers during a pandemic.
