Harassment at the highest level

I have had the misfortune of having a new contract at MTN that appears to have belonged to someone else - so its a reused number. This woman is not paying her credit card - and no matter how many times I have been promised by ABSA that they will remove the number from the debt collectors and get the tracing team on to it I am still being harrassed by constant calls, messages etc from ABSA. Who can help resolve the issue and have the number removed from this womans profile. Im sorry she dumped her number, Im sorry she isnt paying you - but I am not her and do not want to be harrassed for the rest of my life, nor should I have to go through a number change again because of it.
