Harassing client for vehicle loan balloon payment

My mom recently paid up her vehicle finance loan with absa. 3 months later she got a call from absa demanding the she go get a loan to pay them a balloon payment of about R90k. I can understand that she has to pay that balloon what what but first of all she wasnt aware of it, she thought that she was done with absa,now 3 months later shes been harrassed by absa "legal" to pay the loan and settled in cash,cash from where??? Now herbert called her threatening to come take the vehicle and put up in storage if she doesnt pay that R90k by friday. Like seriously,is that how absa treats clients like my mom whose never missed a payment for the duration of her contract with absa??wow!! By the way that herbert must remember to bring a court order before he takes the vehicle because as he may or may not know it is ******* to take it without valid legal papers,also he will have to be or bring a sherif of the court with him. Just saying.

My mom was asked to write a letter to absa requesting to make payment arrangements and submit her list of expenses etc which she did,but now i see absa is not interested in meeting her half way by making that payment arrangement??? Bottom like is my mom doesnt have that R90k and will not have it by friday. So y cant absa help her out by making an arrangement affordable to her?? She requested for a payment affordable to her until she is able to make more payment but she has not received any positive response with regards to that.

Can someone please intervene and try to assist her with a payment arrangement??
