Harassed while under Debt Review.
Hi,
I've been under Debt Review for 4 years now and have never missed a payment. I get daily calls from Attorneys that my card is in arrears. I've taken this up with Absa, # ********** 6, but it's the only bank that can't deal with this via email - "Due to security and mandate restrictions we are unable to assist with your request via email".
I later found out that I'm being charged a way different interest that was agreed on according to the Court Order.
Each day I have to explain the same thing over and over, but nothing gets noted or sorted.
Please sort this out as this is bordering on harassment.

04 Dec 2018, 11:53I've logged this over a month ago and still ABSA have done ZERO about this... I've had issues with other banks and they truly made an effort, but I'm still getting calls daily in regards to this from Absa's lawyers... Seems like HelloPeter is no priority for them.

I'm disputing the outstanding amount as I want to know when I missed a payment and for which periods the interest was charged at the rate not agreed upon as this will impact the "true" oustanding amount if any.

21 May 2019, 10:49Yup...Still no response from Absa, but they keep on calling my daily, because apparently I'm behind on my payments, which I'm not and can prove it, but ABSA will NOT contact you if you have logged issues with them. When you "owe" them they will call you non-stop, but not if you have a query with them.
Don't know why I'm even bothering, because there is this "Black Hole" called ABSA client services. You can log as many calls as you want, but they won't come back to you.
