Harassed unnecessarily by ABSAs debt collectors

Dear ABSA you handed my account over to a collection company. Even after making payment I find I am still being harassed by sms, phone calls etc.

I changed over from ABSA to another bank initially because of the high charges and poor service. Even after changing over I still face issues such as this. Makes me understand that I was correct to move over.
