Harassed By Sheriff for Acc i pay monthly

I am highly annoyed that i call the recoveries department according to what the Action on Line people say but cannot get through or get a voice message saying the number does not exist. Please can the recoveries department contact me as i am being harassed by a sheriff who has come to my office twice saying his coming to attach goods for an absa loan account i pay for monthly. i sent the proof to the Action on Line email to a consultant called Kabelo who was kind of assisting me. I am sure you can allocate this account with account number *** and tell me what is going on because i am confused, i have made a payment arrangement on this account and now this. I need some answers please!!!!!
