Happy to take your Money, But not to deliver.

My chimney was closed up before i bought the house. I have regularly checked the Roof, and also had some sealing work done about 2 years ago. With all the storms we have been having of late, the chimney covering was ripped open, but it not leading to the sealing, i did not notice this, as no person checks his roof weekly. I went on leave for 3 Weeks, and when i came back my Wife noticed the flooring in the kitchen drooping.<br> <br> ABSA now says they refuse to pay, as it is a maintenance issue, but it was not.
