happy customer, Excellent service from Aneeqah at Absa Bellville

It is with great delight that I write this review to praise the service that I received from Aneeqah Abrahams at the Absa Bellville 32 Voortrekker road. On the 22nd my account was locked due to FICA problems, I spoke to the call center, I dealt with a consultant at Absa Brackenfell to no avail. After 4 days of having my account locked and feeling frustrated and not seeming to get help anywhere I thought to phone and speak to a very helpful consultant that I have dealt with from time to time at Bellville Absa. This person I have come to find out is Aneeqah Abrahams, she assisted me promptly, professionally, she is eager to resolve problems, she is an asset at the Bellville Branch and I cannot thank her enough for how she resolved my stressful problem within 3 hours :)
