HAPPY ABSA CLIENT
Following my previous about my dissatisfaction with ABSA, I am so happy that my complaint landed in the hands of willing people who understands what Customer Service is. To Sugendry Naidoo in the online business, Riana from Wonderpark branch who constantly called to check if we were sorted, THANK YOU SO MUCH. I TRULY APPRECIATE YOUR ASSISTANCE. Then lastly to Anna and the other lady who had previously assisted with my little one's account, THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES. YOUR ASSISTANCE AND HAVING GONE THE EXTRA MILE TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED WITHIN A DATE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. BEST WISHES TO THE BOTH OF YOU FOR THE NEW YEAR AND I TRUST ABSA KNOWS HOW IMPORTANT AND VALUABLE YOU ARE.
