Handover to *********** RL Daly

After numerous requests to Absa to restructure my payments, they hand me over to RL Daly. The most *********** debt collectors I have ever come across. As committed as I am to repay my loan bit by bit, I give them permission to debit my account. Debit order goes through on the 26th, today is the 06th March, guess what, payment still not reflecting on their accounts and my Absa account. Why hand me over to *********** debt collectors? My credit bureau has been updated again as a non payer. Thank you very much for not caring aboit your clients. Perfect
