Handed over to attorneys even though there is a payment arrangement

ABSA bank handed me over to attorneys. I have a loan account, credit card and cheque account that had a R 20 000-00 over which is currently reduced to R 12 863,45 because I can only afford a repayment of R800.00 ever since I made an arrangement with an ABSA consultant. I m handed over to Tiffany lawyers even though there is a monthly payment of R800.00 two years ago my husband passed on. Because we were married in community of property his debts are mine. I have my house on the market in order to get my financial status restored. That is ABSA bank for you.
