Handed over to attorney while still making a payment agreed upon with the bank

I have a personal loan with the bank in question (Absa), if which I was under debt review and later cancel it and necessary documents including cancellation letter from the court was sent to O the bank. I have made a payment arrangement with them of which I have adhered to it. On this month when I wanted to make a payment I couldn't and when I enquire as to why, I was told that I am handed over to the attorney.

When I wanted an explanation as to why I am handed over while still paying my loan on monthly basis, I am taken from pillar to post, hence I decided to write to Hello Peter so that the assistant me.
