Handed over on an up to date account??? HOW??

How can Absa Personal Loans department hand me over when my personal loan has been up to date? Like i pull out my credit report to find Absa personal loan handed over yet i am up to date on this account!! Please rectify this and provide me with an explanation on this and also clear that handed over status from my credit report!!! Mxm
