Handed over for service fees, but ABSA owe me R5000.

So I took a second bond ober my property. Absa advise, should I open an Absa cheque account and have my bond debit order run from there, I will qualify for R5000. I requested feom Richard to open the acoount, which was done. He the advised that the account should 1st be activated before the will pay the R5000. I went into the branch to activate and get an atm card. Absa was suppose to implement the debit order and pau the R5000 to my account, which never happened. This morning I received a msg I was handed over for the service fees. I however never receved the pmt as agreed. I refuse to pay those fees. We will sort it out in court.

At the same time the approved another bond for a property I just purchase, with the same offer to open a new account and get a further 0.25% interest reduction. I have not even received the 1st pmt. Maybe I should rather accept an offer from another bank. The service is pathetic.
