hail damage claim

On 16/11/215 we experienced a massive Hail Storm in Brenthurst, Brakpan.<br> Ther were extensive damages to my property. I contacted Absa Claims Department on the 17/11/2015, and was provided with a Claim number ( *** ) A Subcontractor appointed by ABSA came to excess the damages on the 20/11/2015. A report and Quotation was forwarded to ABSA the same day.<br> After Numerous calls to ABSA Claims Department, nobody could give me an answer. Two weeks later i received a mail, stating a accessor needs to come and access the damages, which was done on the 04/12/2015.<br> <br> I also provided ABSA'S Assessor with pictures of the hail after the massive storm.<br> <br> It is the 10/12/2015 now, and still nobody answers my mails regarding my claim.<br> <br> The Contractors are closing in a weeks time , and no feedback from ABSA yet.<br> <br>
