Guys i dont like how absa does things

I'm being punished for your mistakes. They didn’t finish to investigate but they are reversing my account payment from TFG.

Why should they do that. Their service will never get any better serious. This is infuriating. The money that I paid for December installment is getting reversed because of online shopping that they failed to reverse on time. Online shopping issue shouldn't be affecting my installment payments. now my payment history is going to be bad because of them and their failures.

Yazi I’m just waiting for my salary to be paid on my Capitec, after that I’m cancelling every service that I have with absa, there is no hope that other services that i have with them are gonna go right. I’ve switched all my debits now to Capitec. Just waiting for salary then I’ll be done with absa.
