Gresham Cramford - Absa Branch - Boksburg

I had made a previous complaint relating to Absa's Legal Operations team for slow service in processing my sister's Power of Attorney request that took 2 months to be finalised.

In short, my complaint was prioritised and I am especially grateful to have received help from Gresham Cramford Consultant from Absa branch in Boksburg. He was conscientious and most willing to help me and my sister to resolve the request to load the POA and eventually completed the task flawlessly after the HO Legal team had finished their process.

I am appreciating employees like Gresham because we often take good service for granted when we receive it. Finding him at the Boksburg branch was a blessing that restored my faith in the ability of Absa people after a poor branch experience at Carnival Mall.

This is meant to thank Gresham and recognise his consistent service. He was unfortunately punished with the assignment of the initial complaint against his performance instead of the Legal Operations team that actually caused the delay.
