Great service with a Smile
I opened an account with ABSA today and was assisted by Mercy Letebele. She took time to understand my needs and explained to me clearly all the benefits of the account and services. She was friendly and very helpful and it actually felt like I was not just another customer but someone that she wanted to assist. Keep the great service going Mercy.
