GREAT SERVICE RECEIVED

Sold my ABSA shares with Charlie at computershare. It was a nigtmare dealing with computershare until I spoke to Charlie. You call and no one understands what the hell they are doing. One person tells you to complete a custody form, the other person tells you about the share certificate. I repeatedly sent all the docs but for whatever reason no one could find them. The luckiest day of 2021 is when I got through to Charlie who was able to find all the documents and I got a refund because I was able to find the share certificate. Thank you Charlie
