This letter serves to to the fact that I Mr. P L Bezuidenhout received exceptional service from your front desk from Lerato Seemane. <br> <br> I recently decided to inquire about your Prepaid, Mastercard, gift cards, Mastercards website lists your campus as the only place to obtain this type of card apart from your Johannesburg campus. I inquired about this card and service at your front desk, Lerato was the person that assisted me in the matter. She did however not know about this service, but waist-ed no time in tracking down the person how did. The process took about 25 min, and I was politely asked to sit in your reception area, a glass of water was brought to me and my associate. I was up-dated from time to time as to the progress of the \man hunt".<br> <br> Needles to say the right man was found and I was informed that the Card in question was only obtainable at the Johannesburg campus"
