I was assisted by a Lady named Florah Sithole,she is forever smiling,has a great sense of humour,patient towards her clients,always willing to help,asking how can she be able to further assist you,very friendly she has a way of making U feel welcome, respects her clients,does not chit chat or create small talk with other consultants, whilst she is busy assisting clients..So all I can say is Thank You and keep up the good work,We need more people like you in the client service industry,U just know how to turn ones bad day into a good one
