Great service from trust officer

Great service I received from this Trust office (Lizzy Nyalungu) from Absa trust in PTA. the officer portrayed a sense of taking a responsibility even though I said to her that this trust is assign to someone else whose phone is not been answered but she took ownership and help me nicely, patiently and explain clearly what do I need to do in order to achieve what I needed that time
