Great service from specific employee

This review is about a specific employee at Absa. Listen, nobody likes going to the bank. Seeing those lines is absolutely demoralizing. If it weren't for the service provided by Monica Mokgotsi at the Sasolburg branch, I would have left the bank frustrated and crying, probably. I did not have the correct paperwork and had to go back 3 times. Each time Monica helped me and she went above and beyond to get me sorted. So patient, so friendly, so professional, so capable. 5 stars for Monica Mokgotsi. Give employees like her a raise so that we don't lose her quality of service! She deserves it.
