<p>Didn't receive any response to my email (bad), so I called hotline, and had a great experience. Marcelle van Rensburg was beyond friendly and efficient, a great communicator throughout and tended to my query as best she could.</p> <p> </p> <p>Although my query wasn't resolved, she escalated it appropriately and generally made everything as pain-free as possible.
