Great Service from Karishma
Visited the Carlswald branch and only arrived at 10:55am, 5 minutes before the branch closed. Karishma, as the branch service manager, was assisting the service consultants and ensured everyone was served timeously. Truly the best experience yet at ABSA. She never sat for a single moment and was just busy assisting were she could. She assisted several people in fromnt of me in the line and as soon as she finalised a query/transcation she would seek out the next person to assist. ABSA needs people like her n every branch
