Great service from Gugu

Gugu was the claims accessor for a funeral cover for my late mother - initially I had filled out the forms incorrectly Gugu called me on receiving the claim and informed me she was the assessor of the claim ,and requested that I re do the forms and also informed me of all the correct Documnets required .<br> <br> I did not respond back to her on time and she constantly kept on emailing and calling me ,to get this claim sorted ,it's being a month now or more - and Gugu has kept on calling me personally ,to remind or follow up on outstanding Documnets ,it's very rare that you get such good personal service with big institutions like Absa .<br> <br> ,Since my mother death I've being dealing with a lot of institutions for various issues but Absa has being the most efficient ,my mother also had her will with Absa - and we received nothing but good and efficient service from the Durban branch.<br>
