Great Service From Ayden!!!

Fantastic service by Ayden Jacobs (consultant) from the ABSA branch in Tokai, after I had been given incorrect information for the cancellation of a cessation, a very uncommon request.

Mr Jacobs, took on my query and completely made it his responsibility. Every promise he made, he kept, and even called me to confirm that everything had been resolved. I wished I had started the entire process with him. I was at my wits end.

He deserves a pay raise.
