I had a phone call from ABSA I-Direct to review my insurance policy as they do yearly. In my enquiring about premium deductions as a pensioner and regarding my insurance portfolio on cars and property, I was referred to Mr. Linda Ngwenya, who deals with these matters. Besides going over everything meticulously, he was able to arrange for a considerable reduction in my monthly premiums and told me he is available for policy reviews at any time. His helpfulness, politeness, and expertise have been the most impressive given to me from any insurance personnel (and I have been with three different companies) over the past 43 years that I have had short-term insurance. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the same.
