Great Service From ABSA employee

I really have never had someone from ABSA show such dedication to their work and follow through with a call as previously discussed with a client as a I experienced this week. Thato Kutloano Molotsi called me no later after receiving my email regarding my query and set a date, she further followed through with a call prior to to let me know she might not be available, however someone else would assist- unbeknownst to me she ensured that she was available just for me and still made the process of my travelling stress less stressful.
