Great Service From Absa

I want to thank a lady, Vanessa Crowe, for her excellent service at Absa. My HelloPeter complaint landed on her desk. From day 1 she took the challenge on and made me as a client feel very comfortable.

We had a very challenging issue, and not only did Vanessa Crowe, go above, behind, and over the top in handling the issue. She also found a new way of solving problems. Even on her off days, Vanessa contacted me via email and kept me informed at all times.
