Great service for blocked credit card!

This morning, my credit card was blocked for some reason when trying to make online shopping. I called ABSA for assistance and the consultant (in the call centre) that assisted me was extremely professional and effective! He then proceeded to assist me with the purchase I wanted to make and almost immediately, my card was unblocked and the purchase was made. I did not manage to get his name but it would be great if someone could assist with this and inform him that he had done a great job, during this crazy, stressful time!
