Great service at Absa Umhlanga

Umhlanga branch is probably one of the best branches Absa has. Their staff is so friendly and i love the fact that i get immediate attention, (i hate waiting). I was assisted by Ketiwe at client services who was so efficient and further educated me on navigating the bank App. My Problems were solved! Loved the whole experience. It's good to see Absa recruiting staff that's competent and prioritize customer satisfaction because we hardly ever see that nowadays.
