Great service at ABSA~ Lyttelton

A big thank you to Victoria, the manageress of the Lyttelton Branch of ABSA, for the wonderful service. She actually watches what is happening on the floor and comes out of her office to help clients waiting in the queue. She is so friendly and solved my problem in no time.

I have waited in queues at Standard Bank and FNB for hours and any complaints because of the lack of service are met absolute with hostility and an even slower pace. Requests to see the manager are ignored.

This was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you for the great service Victoria.
