Great Service.
I would love to thank Absa for the quick response and help. I phoned a week ago when I noticed there was ********** transactions on my credit card. I phoned and they stopped the card right away, gave me a reference number and said they will investigate. As it was a big amount I was worried about the interest and all on the account. Today a week later I received a sms from Absa saying they refunded the amount and when I checked it was refunded with the amount plus interest. I am very impressed Absa! Thank you so much for the great service. I will definitely stay with Absa!
