Great service!!!

<p>I went in to change in hope my surname and get help filling in a form from UIF. We all know how draining those forms are...While wairing on the line a lady by the name of Mpho S approached me and asked what I nedd help with. She told me fo come with her and she will gladly help me with the form. I notified her of the surname change. She congratulatwd me on getting married wow I was blown away how attentive she was being. She told me I would need to go back to the front desk but first she made sure I knew what documents I needed to get this done. She directed me to the Municipality as I had no Proof of residence. On my return, she welcomed me back then askwd mw to wait for a lady that would help me. Another lady by the name of Cebile Ngcobo who was also so warm, friendly and patient. She assisted me with all I needed and even told me the working hours of the office I needed to go to next. I just wanted to say you have great assets in these 2 cream of the crop ladies.
