Great Service

<p>We required a letter from the Absa Bank @The Reds Mall, Rooihuiskraal, Centurion for money we wanted to invest. We were sitting in the reception in front of the consultants' offices in the bank for a short time when I decided, due to a very sore back, to take a walk around. I noticed the bank manager, sitting behind his desk working. I walked in and asked him if my elderly husband could come in to see him to arrange for the letter we needed. Without hesitation he warmly got up, invited my husband in and a week later, after receiving the letter from the Absa Bank headoffice we received a telephone call from him, we went through to Mr Harmse's office and came away with the required letter. Mr Harmse is really doing the work he is cut out for - he is warm and professional, loves assisting people, is very knowledgeable where money and financing is concerned and goes out of his way in his line of work. What a pleasure it was to come across him at our bank! </p> <p> </p>
