Great service
<p>After a few challneges with ABSA, I recently had to cancel a cession on a bond that has been closed in 1999. I visited the Glen Marais branch, where I was assited by Phumzile Sigasa. After quite a challenge to find the bond, she went out of her way to help me, and updated me on teh process flow. Now that's what I expect from my bank!</p>
