<p>I would like to thank Sediri Netsiunda from the Fica call centre for being of great service this morning. I have been desperately trying to change my accounts from my previous married name into my new married name for more than 2 months now. Sediri was most helpful and pleasant in trying to get the matter resolved for me.</p>
