Great Service

<p>A while ago i was put in contact with Ethel Kaula for AVAF PB. She was so on the ball and my finacne was approved within an hour. I did not end up taking that specific vehicle at the time and she informed me not to worry when I do get another vehicle I can send her the new OTP with out going through the full process again. needless to say almost 6 weeks later i did send her a new OTP on thursday at 3pm and agin with a few minutes it was approved. i met with her a week later to sign my document before going off to the dealer and she was so efficient and friendly. I just want to say Thank you to her for her efforts and its staff like her that makes me stay with Absa. and its definitley staff like her that should be recongised for their hard work and commitment.</p>
