Good day

I would like to compliment Mbali Madi for the impeccable level of service after weeks of trying to reinstate the insurance product i needed for my house... Ive sent numerous emails , calls and a trip to the absa branch in Tableview ......no one was able to assist.

She was attaentive and provided the correct advice, she reffered me to the Team Leader Lizzie Jaars , who also assisted as this was a matter of urgency .
