Great product knowledge and customer service

A brief complement to Brian Nkululeko Mamela from customer services. On the 5th October I called in, regarding having two options to do my card replacement. Spoke to two different agents who could not explain to me the difference in the options given, and later hung up my call. On the 6th October I called and spoke to Nkululeko and he was able to answer all my concerns and further explain more in regards to different card options given. His is an asset to your organization well informed individual.
