Great leader
I went into ABSA today and had a complaint about how the teller that assisted me had such a bad attitude, I then asked to speak to her manager and I met the most amazing woman,sweet,humble and with great customer service. I definitely understand why she's a leader and the company is privileged to have a leader of her caliber.
