Great Customer Service

I would like to give thanks to Joel Mtshali, he is a true champion of excellent customer service. What a gentleman and true asset to ABSA. When I had complained about ABSA declining my vehicle finance without a valid reason, he was the only person from ABSA to pick up a phone and actually find out from me what the problem was. He explained to me how ABSA approves and declines applications, which no one could do. He promised to look into my complaint and kept me updated all the way. He corrected the mistake made on personal details and my application was successful. Thank you so much, Joel.
