Great Customer Service

I would like to take thie opportunity to thank the Absa Hydepark staff for their excellent service, in particular Mr Linda Mahlangu, priority banker at Absa Hydepark. Mr Mahlangu has exceeded my expectation in terms of customer service and my financial expectations. He took over my problems from the on set resolved my unpaids with Absa due to AVCAF's debit order switching failures. Mr Mahlangu upgraded my personal account to priority banking which offers unique benefits to banking. He also offered personal finance prodcut without any hassles something that I have not witnessed in banking for many years. Excellent Absa Hydepark keep up the good work.
