Great Customer service
I had to log a complaint with ABSA to find out what was happening re my vehicle finance. Daniel called me not long after I logged the complaint to find out all the details. He found out all the info needed and called me back the next morning. It was the motor dealer dragging their feet and not ABSA. He managed to expedite things with the dealer and it all got sorted out in a day. I didn't expect to receive this level of service from a bank.<br> Thanks daniel
